2022 Palliative Care Training for Nurses (8th Class)
We are happy to report the completion of the 8th course of Palliative Care for Nurses - which is the 2nd class in Ca Mau General hospital, from 7 to 15 Jun 2022.
28 nurses and 1 Lecturer of Ca Mau Medical College participated.
One of the very successful results from this course was the nurses were more confident in their role of nursing care to patients and caregivers. They are understanding and beginning to provide the comprehensive care plan including 4 main areas: physical, psychological, social, and spiritual.
They have learned more nursing skills they can apply in Palliative care as well as the proper style in communication to patients and caregivers.
